Gourmet Organic Chocolate Truffles

I don’t say this is strictly chocolate truffle, but if you are oreo cookie fan, you may enjoy it. I personally use low cal cream cheese, and probably mix cream cheese in the food processor, instead of by hand. As always, try to use organic chocolate for better results (for coating, in this case).
